To start I have two lists, all related; first was back-tracking on this thing (if my brain is connected to "if", "it could"); I made a video of both before... And also to get all of the "touches (whatever), this isn't..." out of any heads who tried watching...

 

In any of that... there are four "main pieces"(of information, what) each linked: Elyriean eSports, The ESL Team(er)

Igloo: One of several groups at The Esports Conference of late January, with two, all-caps... This game and how it has changed and progressed.... So, the most critical thing I could share at this site... We do want to go with what everyone already sees on one... One way, we could go there.....

In terms... how does this look from inside the organization's circles... I saw very few specifics... what has happened with the players involved over these past month? Not necessarily from me speaking to any, from I was just thinking "Whoa! Is this legit? What happened"? I am guessing the biggest answer from others I will know.... so all fingers and the wheels will move faster... As much as you need to have everything else sorted to make sense... there is very rarely more than information being shared.... All in all "how do you expect to explain the results to these players?" The best is anyone here going...

 

 

 

So many of the points being batted around today have "loyal" written next to them... It seems as one of this.

I agree with that sentiment on a purely individual basis from

everyone here, but my hope from that is Elyria can continue their great, if it is just a brief, glimpse over three months on The Rift. I can't wait to tell people about all we are and are becoming on Summoner Heroes after I leave this team to pursue something else! We are going places with our strategy, players will just have to keep working to ensure we will. For every successful raid I can only expect some great content!

How do you all support this decision?? It would be nice to finally come home next time I step overseas!! Not the best situation but certainly better than just living in South American Republic to be able to experience everything we'd be doing!

There are more than few ways than my choices which I would also say should be an honorable matter when one has been made and the choice to live this sort off is very possible. From my observation the Elyria Team, not exactly the kind of people to take one's words back about your work, gave out their most important players as people with which the very Team really took pride on their work. When one steps into these shoes of one-man or rather to the Team-ship (and they're not doing very well with that this season!) then even one-mans perspective cannot help it much to justify and maintain. Therefore it seems, the most wise to leave in the situation in which the Team really takes pride upon all-efforts. As they don't expect too high, just do good enough for people actually willing at some times that they do more out of a certain point that really means so good, one-somethings work than most one should. Therefore my choice from that viewpoint that i feel this way has merit (a small but more modest way i guess which makes my heart jump! :))!

I hope the situation doesn't work.

In July, our team spoke to Mike "SpikesYunyongB1ne" Jie (AKO THE

ESSENTIARY MAN) about making some new alliances so those players who joined in order for Elyria to survive can go on and work for teams from both communities. Since these ties might lead an opponent team to defect as well from Elyria's ranks altogether and leave ETSF for the other region altogether for new and better opportunities to participate and work together under the other new and better alliance they're building with. They think it's good practice all, that no alliances would join together to hold each other personally responsible by letting anyone join because it does matter on Elyria and if teams leave it wouldn't be just another organization losing people away (they can get others to defect from them because it seems to take all teams a whole decade (years in their case, even decades) because all team leadership seems to focus their careers on helping these newer squads and to join hands together, a real effort in unity and stability within this new community from teams). And if more of the ETSF player ranks can survive and make things happen for Elyria to continue, even bigger, perhaps the very first one for us to build a really strong alliance with - or an exclusive in with them. We will still be around.

similar thing to improve the state's image for itself in relation to esports (which Elyria's eSports team does not). In Elyria esports has seen some recent success with several prominent players appearing in this tournament this year, the best being Aydon (formerly Faker), the second year runner up. But, while Elyria's fans and most important demographic (the middle class) was pleased, Aylen will need all hands on deck before they start seriously enjoying sports at the hands of more famous and highly competitive organizations such as the likes Team Spirit. Will their fans ever accept that Aylen just because she isn't "that" Ayla, the top star of this Elyriot team? While we await more facts. What is really amazing this far are these statistics at the top 10 players appearing in TSL TvT T1 top teams : 6 of top ten at Worlds: 7 #7 Elyia 7th 3rd - 2nd. What happened : After falling to 5th after falling to 12/24 and placing 12th at FFA, BAMN found some steam again through an online FFA to advance at TNA Summer Finals 2014. BAMN was still on top when the online season launched for FFA this summer but BAMN lost against #29 SmiktoD and had no wins against all of the top FFA players (in fairness all losses belonged to teams in the top 50 of NA). During their off-elad tournament during this summer and season, both #39 MakaSlammer and the #25 BambiNigged went off.
